- Evaluated impact of reclaimed water service on water and wastewater
sales and revenues.
- Developed service extension policies and ancillary fees and
charges.
- Assisted in preparing rate resolutions and ordinances and negotiating
reclaimed water service agreements.
- Prepared rate and fee evaluations for reuse feasibility studies
submitted to Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
